The life of anything is in its blood, the life of any organisation is also in its operations.

What it does, how it is done but most importantly, why it is done. The Administrator is able to assist in setting up these units or review and refine existing units for maximum output.

GDPR is here!

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is here! The effective date when all organisations are expected to be compliant was 25th May 2018. The penalty for non-compliance is a huge fine of up to 20 million Euros or 4% of your annual global turnover, whichever is greater.

These are some of the questions you should be asking and demanding an answer for:

  • Who in your organisation knows about GDPR and how much support do they have from management?

  • Are you ready to start NOW?

  • Do you know what data you have and where they are?

  • What security measures do you have in place to protect these data?

  • What policies and procedures do you have and are they up to date and GDPR compliant?

  • How would you respond to Data Subject Access Request DSAR?

  • What is the legal basis upon which you are processing peoples' personal data?

  • Do you have a detailed process of preventing, handling, managing and reporting breaches?

If you answer NO to any or all of these questions, time is of the essence!

The Administrator can help you with the following towards compliance status:

1.        GDPR Internal Awareness Workshop

2.        GDPR Gap Analysis, Data Mapping & Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)

3.        Policies & Procedures – including Security, Consent & Privacy

4.        Virtual Data Processing Officer (DPO) services

5.        Vendors and 3rd party compliance audit

Strategic Assessment Process (SAP)

Over the years, The Administrator have developed and perfected a consulting platform in consultation with our clients because we recognise that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution. Each client is approached and managed on its own merit and specific needs with a bespoke and specific best suited solution delivered by following the Strategic Assessment Process steps below.

Initial Assessment

Our team brings a fresh perspective to your systems, structure and operations by assessing the current healthy position of your organisation and its ability to fulfil its vision.

Bespoke Strategy

Every organisation is unique in their purpose and specific in their assignment. Our bespoke strategy is to clarify your mission, vision, and core values in order to formulate the right strategies to realise them.

Plan & Resource

Your staff and volunteers are the wheels that keeps the vision and mission of the organisation in motion. We review your staffing structure and position them to best fit both the organisation and the individual objectives.

Initiate & Execute

We will adopt our "JUSTIN5" super module to lead the change in line with set goals and the initiatives will be reviewed to determine what must change and to re-establish what’s important now.

Follow-Up & Support

You are never alone on this journey as we will be following up at agreed intervals and provide on-going technical and administrative support all the way.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation of the EU on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area and we can help your organisation become compliant.
